INQUIRY INFORMATION · OCTOBER 31, 2026
Your inquiry.
Handled with intention.
This page explains the information collected by this Fetcharo marketing website. It applies to website inquiries, rather than the sourcing or use of a purchased intent audience dataset.
What you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, agency name, work email, travel niche, target geography, campaign type, plan interest, any message you include, and your acknowledgment. If you choose, it also collects your mobile number and a separate text-message consent. Submission identifiers and timestamps help maintain an accurate inquiry and consent record. If you opt into texts, your browser’s time zone is submitted to help schedule messages at appropriate hours. Do not include traveler details, payment information, or sensitive personal information.
Where it goes and why
Submissions are sent to Netlify Forms in the site owner’s Netlify account so the site operator can review and respond to your inquiry. A notification containing the submitted details is emailed to jon@intermissiontravel.com. Netlify processes the submission and provides hosting and spam protection. Hosting and form services may process technical information, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver and protect these services. See Netlify’s privacy policy for its practices.
The form acknowledgment requests permission to reply about your inquiry. It does not enroll you in a paid plan or a recurring marketing list.
Email and optional texts
Jon may reply from jon@intermissiontravel.com. For a requested welcome email, your first name, email address, and email content are sent to Resend for delivery. Netlify’s database stores the inquiry identifier and sending status to prevent duplicate welcome emails. See Resend’s privacy policy for its practices. A phone number alone does not give permission to text you. Text consent is a separate, optional choice and is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, your mobile number and the text message are sent to Quo for delivery. Netlify’s database stores the consent and message-status records needed to prevent duplicate sends and manage the follow-up. The text sequence contains a welcome message and at most one follow-up about a day later, with no ongoing text campaign. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also email jon@intermissiontravel.com about communication preferences.
A welcome email is enabled for new inquiries that request an email response. The text sequence is enabled only for new, separately opted-in inquiries. The welcome video and online booking are being prepared. No advertising list enrollment is created by submitting this form.
Texting FETCH
Texting FETCH to (470) 987-2835 requests one Fetcharo welcome reply with a link to this site. It does not enroll you in the website form’s follow-up sequence or an email list. To recognize the keyword and opt-outs, Quo forwards incoming message events for this number to Fetcharo’s Netlify-hosted handler. Those events include the sender and recipient numbers, message content, identifiers, and timestamps. The handler does not retain unrelated message bodies. Keyword request identifiers, phone numbers, reply status, and opt-out records are stored to prevent duplicate replies and respect your preferences. At most one keyword reply is attempted per phone number in 24 hours. Reply STOP to opt out; contact Jon to resolve an earlier opt-out. Message and data rates may apply.
Website tracking
This site does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies. The ROI calculator runs in your browser; its slider values are not submitted with your inquiry. If you arrive through a personalized welcome link, Fetcharo can record when you start or finish the welcome video, choose the booking link, choose to email Jon, or click to explore the approach. These actions help stop unnecessary reminders. The personalized reference is removed from the address bar and is not stored in a marketing cookie. Message delivery and replies may also be recorded through Quo. A delivered text is not proof that it was read; this site does not use email-open pixels. Service providers may maintain operational logs or security mechanisms.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records remain in the site owner’s Netlify Forms account until the operator deletes them. Email response identifiers and sending status are stored in the site’s Netlify database to prevent duplicate welcomes. For opted-in texts, the associated consent, message identifiers, reply/opt-out status, and welcome-page activity are also stored there. Opt-out records are retained to prevent further automated texts. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the inquiry form; identify the request as a privacy question in your message and use “Not applicable” for travel niche and geography. Share only the information needed to identify your earlier inquiry.
Intent audience data is different
Intent audience profiles do not establish consent for your agency to contact a person. Before ordering, request the applicable data-source disclosures, permitted uses, privacy terms, and any available rights-request or suppression process. Your agency must independently assess channel permissions, platform rules, and applicable law.
